Last updated: April 7, 2026
Welcome to Practitionr. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our platform. By accessing or using Practitionr, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
1. About Practitionr
Practitionr is an AI-powered exam preparation platform for healthcare professionals, operated by Practitionr LLC, a company incorporated in the State of Colorado, United States. Our platform provides adaptive study tools, practice questions, diagnostic assessments, and exam simulators designed to help students prepare for healthcare licensure examinations.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Practitionr platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Practitionr LLC.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Practitionr. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the platform.
Practitionr is intended for use by individuals preparing for healthcare licensure examinations and related academic purposes. Use of the platform for any other purpose is not permitted without prior written consent from Practitionr LLC.
4. Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of Practitionr, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@practitionr.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Practitionr reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently or in an unauthorized manner.
5. Free Trial
Practitionr may offer a free trial period to new users. During the free trial, you will have access to some or all features of the platform at no charge for the duration of the trial period.
At the end of your free trial, you will be given the option to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the platform. If you choose not to subscribe, your access to certain features will be limited or discontinued. You will not be charged without your explicit consent.
Practitionr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the free trial offer at any time without notice.
6. Paid Subscriptions and Billing
Practitionr offers paid subscription plans that provide access to premium features of the platform. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). All fees are stated in US dollars and are non-transferable.
You authorize Practitionr to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment information is current and accurate. Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in suspension of your account.
Practitionr reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes. Your continued use of the platform after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
7. Refund Policy
Practitionr stands behind its platform through our “Don’t Pass, Don’t Pay” guarantee. If you use Practitionr to prepare for your NPTE or NPTE-PTA exam, our AI PraxScore indicates you are ready to sit for the exam, and you do not pass on that attempt, we will refund your full subscription.
To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us at hello@practitionr.com within 30 days of your exam date. Please include your FSBPT score report (or equivalent documentation of a failed exam attempt) and the email address associated with your Practitionr account. We will verify that your PraxScore indicated readiness at the time of your exam and process your refund.
Refund requests are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Practitionr reserves the right to deny refund requests that we reasonably believe are being made fraudulently or in bad faith, including but not limited to requests where the user’s Practitionr PraxScore did not indicate readiness at the time of the exam attempt, where no exam attempt can be verified, or where account activity suggests the platform was not used as intended.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@practitionr.com or through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid features through the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Practitionr reserves the right to cancel or suspend your subscription at any time if you violate these Terms and Conditions.
