Our Story

Built In-House. By Design.

Practitionr started developing its native AI platform 2025 with a clear vision: healthcare exam prep that adapts to each student instead of handing everyone the same question bank. In 2026, like a lot of founders, we hired third-party contractors to build it.

It didn’t work. After months of missed expectations, the early build fell short of the vision and never launched. So we made the decision that defined this company: we stopped outsourcing and brought everything in-house, including the project management expertise to run the build ourselves.

In the summer of 2026, our team rebuilt Practitionr from the ground up. Every line of the platform you’re using today, the adaptive engine, PraxScore, the AI tutor, the question bank validated by licensed practitioners, was designed, built, and shipped by the Practitionr team. No agencies. No contractors. Just clinicians and builders who refused to put their name on anything less than what students deserve.

That rebuild is why Practitionr works the way it does. When the people who understand the exam are the same people building the product, you get something no outside firm could deliver.

There’s no guarantee it matches the exam blueprint, no clinical review behind it, and no memory of what you’ve mastered versus what you keep missing. You’re also doing all the work of prompting, organizing, and deciding what to study next.
